Founded CIMET from the ground up, from a 3-member team to around 200+ in the last 7 years.

A graduate of Masters of Commerce, Finance, and FMS from University of Sydney, Ankit has a track record of managing and building innovative companies that simplify user experience. Ankit’s previous endeavours have seen him as the Former CEO and Founder of GMS, a call centre with 600 employees across 3 countries and peak revenue of $15M.

Combining his entrepreneurial spirit with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences, he has positioned CIMET as a leading player in the Australian comparison industry.

Addie’s focus is to scale the business, by leveraging Strategy and Finance, building a robust risk, compliance & governance framework. Additionally, he runs a management consulting firm focusing on capital raise and M&A in AU & SEA market and he is also a Director of Investment banking (Equity) at Bluemount Capital in Sydney. Prior to this, he was Head of Strategy and M&A at Essel Group (Zee Media group), the largest media & entertainment group in India. He earlier owned a mining consulting firm (Coal and Fe) that operated in India, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, and Indonesia.

He holds a B.Tech, MBA, LLM, GAICD (AU), ASACPA (AU). He was nominated for CFO of the Year 2023 (Startup) category and CFO of the Year 2024 (Enterprise) by Weel, also his professional journey is now featured in "From Start to Success“, a newly published book that chronicles the paths of 40 remarkable business leaders. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D6BCY44K
